Description:  Enjoy a delightful afternoon working with acrylic and collage on paper to create ART that comes from the heART and soul. Sandy and Cynthia will create a meditative and supportive atmosphere filled with fun and playfulness! The gathering will begin with a prayer treatment and a creative visualization. All materials provided. No art experience necessary.
What To Bring:  Please bring an apron and drinking water. We will provide juice, fruit and nuts.  
Hosts:  Sandy Leader and Cynthia Johnson Bianchetta will create a meditative and supportive atmosphere filled with fun and playfulness!
Location:  These two talented artists will bring out the intuitive abstract artist in you at Cynthia's lovely teaching studio in Carmel Valley.. (Address will be provided when you register.)

RETREATS

There is no better way to release unwanted patterns and embrace a new way of being in the world than to step away from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in natural beauty, quiet and the fellowship of kindred spirits. At these weekend retreats we chant, meditate, walk in nature, share and engage in other practices designed to release outworn ego constructs that may block us from finding and expressing our true nature. We come away refreshed, renewed, and more importantly, having opened ourselves to a greater awareness of who and what we truly are.
The gorgeous 1,000-acre ranch near Hollister, California, where the retreats are held offers breathtaking scenery, beautiful accommodations, a plethora of animals, wild and domestic, and miles of hiking trails. It is situated about an hour south of San Jose and 2 hours south of San Francisco.

WORKSHOPS

Many of us hold back from expressing our innate creativity because of criticism, judgment or even punishment we received at an early age. Yet everyone has a creative spark that wants to be expressed. Whether your passion is music, art, poetry, dance -- whatever lights your fire -- or if you don't know what you are passionate about but want to kindle a flame, the workshops designed to quiet that niggling voice that holds you back and set your artistic nature free.. A safe environment is created for you to find your voice in whatever arena calls to you and take steps to express it in the world.
